WareHouse Management Learning

A truck at the dock needs five boxes. You can carry them yourself, hire a crew, or invest in upgrades. The floor gets busier either way.

The idea

Running an operation means juggling the same few things all day: an order with a deadline, work piling up on the floor, people who could take some of it, and money you could put into better tools. WareHouse Management Learning turns that into a warehouse you steer with one thumb. A delivery truck waits at the dock for its load, boxes have to be picked up and carried, and cash comes in for every delivery. A crew of helpers and an upgrades area are there from the start, but using them costs money you could also keep. Do it all yourself and you stay in control but hit a ceiling. Delegate and invest early and the floor runs faster, as long as the budget holds. It is a short, fast session that makes prioritisation, delegation, and capacity planning something a team has felt before they talk about it.

Inside the game

WareHouse Management Learning: First order at the dock
First order at the dockThe session opens with one worker, a stack of boxes, and a truck that needs five of them. The counter above the truck is the only goal on screen, so the first decision is simply where to start.

WareHouse Management Learning: Crew, shelves, and upgrades
Crew, shelves, and upgradesAs the floor fills up, helpers, shelving, and an upgrades zone come into play. Each one costs cash and buys capacity, the same trade-off a shift lead makes every day.
